Call it 218 wins and a much-debated but well-deserved Hall of Fame plaque.
I got him at 200-224... 207 to be precise.
I see him going till he's 37, but with too many injuries to get over the 250 wins. He's actually been hurt most years now for at least part of the season. IF healthy could be a HOF horse, I see him as a "coulda been, shoulda been a contender" type of near miss.
If he can stay reasonably healthy I see 250 wins as long as the Jays remain competitive. Wins are mostly team oriented but very few pitchers have a team W/L percentage better than Doc so as long as BJ and the setup guy are on their game lots of wins should be in order.
Averaging 17 wins over the next 7 years only gets him to 214, and this is probably generous since he has 77 in the last 5. He's probably more likely to get under 150 wins than over 250.
Considering Doc is near the end of his prime years (and based on last years low K rate and higher ERA, you could argue he is already in decline) and his shaky health record (his forearm strain injury, that caused the Jays to shut him down, has me extremely worried), he will be lucky to win over 200 games.

"I would bet my life savings he won't reach 300+ wins." He's have to win 20.5 games a season over the next 10 years to hit 300, which simply will not happen. 200 isn't very likely either as he'd have to have 7 more seasons of 15 wins a year. It's a definite possibility, but quite unlikely.
