Agreed. All this love for Delgado, I guess. But I don't see how an otherwise neutral fan could root for an NL team OTHER than the Padres. You've got the Mets (see comment above) and the 2nd and 3rd winningest teams in MLB history (LAD 9794, STL 9766 -- only the Giants have cracked 10,000 wins so far.)

I hate all New York teams, no matter the sport. For that reason, I'm rooting for the Mets and Yankees to get swept in the first round... As for teams to root for... I gotta go with the Dodgers.

  I don't actually like the Mets, just some of the players. After that, I suppose I'd like to see the Cardinals do well and see some Pujols Post-season Pummelling. I'm completely indifferent to the Padres and Dodgers.

  The National League is really quite boring. Houston would have made things interesting.
