Which two teams will advance to the ALCS?
Angels and Red Sox | 39 (41.05%) |

So to be clear ...
About 74% expect the Angels to move on; 26% the Yankees; 72% the Red Sox; and 28% the White Sox.
Frankly, I would have expected the Box vote to go against both AL East opponents ... but I think this demonstrates that Bauxites hate the Yankees almost three times as much as they hate the Red Sox!

I definitely hate the Yankees more than the Red Sox, but I picked Angels over Yankees and Red over White because I really do expect that to happen. Though I must admit that I don't necessarily hate the Red Sox more than the White Sox (for shame!), so I may not have given Ozzie's boys due consideration...
It's a lousy year for me for the playoffs... the Padres are the only team I'm inclined to cheer for, and they're the weakest of the 8. Meanwhile I'm cheering against 4 of 8 (the Astros in addition to the three AL teams above).

God willing, I will not have to watch another Yankees - Red Sox ALCS. I vote Angels Vs. White Sox as I believe both of those squads have better pitching.
I hate the Red Sox about 3 times as much as I hate the Yankees, for what it's worth. But I voted Red Sox-Yankees, because the question was which teams WILL advance, not which teams do you want to advance. I hope they both lose, but I've been disappointed too often by mediocre showings from the likes of the Angels, A's, Twins... and now the White Sox.
