Only one win on Saturday. Emilio Guerrero hit a home run in the bottom of the eighth for New Hampshire to break a 4-4 tie. HC Hobson had hit a three run home run in the first to give New Hampshire a three run lead but that had disappeared by the eighth, setting up Guerrero for the big hit. Both Buffalo and Lansing lost in extra innings, Buffalo for the second night in a row. That loss for the Bisons wasted Randy Wolf's best start of the season. Anthony Alford reached base five times in Lansing's loss. Dunedin were bombed as Justin Shafer couldn't get out of the first inning in his home debut.

Three games on the docket. Lansing won, but both Buffalo and Dunedin lost. John Stilson made his season debut, while Miguel Castro got roughed up in Buffalo.

A no-win Tuesday on the farm as the affiliates went 0-3 despite one of them racking up 19 hits and seven walks. Another game saw an ex-Jays catcher homer twice. Lansing's game was rained out. That will be made up as part of a doubleheader today.

The affiliates came out on the right end of the score in two of their three games Monday with one of them going 13 innings. Buffalo had a chance to put their feet up and relax.

There were some exciting games on the farm Sunday. Brad Glenn hit a three run little league home run in the eighth to turn a 2-0 deficit into a 3-2 Buffalo win. Steve Delabar got the win. New Hampshire came from behind to send their game to extra innings. They scored five runs in the eleventh, including a three run home run from Jack Murphy, and held on to win by a run. Dunedin won easily led by Jayson Aquino. Lansing let a late lead slip away for the affiliates only loss. Conner Greene pitched great for six innings but let it go in the seventh.

All of the affiliates lost on Saturday. Three of them lost easily and the opponents registered double digits in hits. New Hampshire were the exception, they lost a tight one 2-1. Shane Dawson and Taylor Cole pitched OK. Tim Locastro had the only home run, an inside the park job.

Only one win on the farm Friday. That win was in Dunedin where Jeremy Gabryszwski pitched well and Matt Dean hit a home run. Former major leaguer Doug Gwosdz was known as eyechart, Gabby should be eyechart jr. In Buffalo Luis Perez was lit up for six runs in relief negating a thirteen hit attack including two more from the IL player of the month for April, Chris Colabello. Matt Boyd pitched 5.1 shutout innings, no walks, three K's, but Cory Burns out of the bullpen gave up two runs and took the loss. Lansing lost -1, Jonathan Davis came off the DL and went 3-4. Plenty of former players that were drafted and/or signed by the Blue Jays are still playing across different baseball organizations in 2015. I've listed some of the notable former Jays that are still playing today in the minor leagues hoping to make it to the majors again or for the first time.

It was a 2-2 Tuesday on the farm but it could've been 3-1 had one of the affiliates not been shutout for a second straight game.

The affiliates were shutout twice and wound up with just one win Monday. The Lansing Lugnuts had the night off.

A split day on the farm. Buffalo have been red hot but Phillippe Aumont shut them down. Chris Colabello was the exception with three more hits. New Hampshire went from a twenty hit day to a four hit day, they too lost. Dunedin came from behind to win. Roemen Fields, Davis Harris and Christian Lopes led the hitters. Lansing also won late, Danny Jansen drove in DJ Davis for the winning run.

KC Hobson was 5-5 and Matt Boyd gave up some runs but the Fisher Cats won. Chris Colabello was the star for the Bisons who are red hot so far this season. Dunedin won in twelve innings, Matt Dean had two home runs and Jorge Saez had four hits. Lansing lost a rain shortened game.

It was a hitters night on the farm. Each team had double digit hits and no starter went more than five innings. Several hitters had three hits, Dwight Smith, Matt Hague, Derrick Loveless and Jake Fox.

Greetings from India. I’ll try to resist comparisons to cricket in this MLU. The Baby Jays went 3-1 on the night. Danny Jansen continued to control the strike zone and Chris Colabello continues to mash in AAA. The Fisher Cats came from behind to win and Dwight Smith Jr. ran his hit streak to eleven games.

Two Canadian lefties had 11-1/3 shutout innings between them but only one found the win column as the other lost a no-hit bid and the game in the span of three batters. The other highlight involved a former first-round pick having an electrifying game at the plate and on the basepaths. In total, the affiliates picked up a split of their six games on Tuesday that included wins in the back-end of two doubleheaders.
