Weather impacted play on Saturday. Buffalo were scheduled to play two but struggled to get one game in. Dunedin were rained out. Buffalo put up a football score in their game, the completion of Fridays suspended game. Several hitters had big games. Vancouver won while New Hampshire lost in extras.

Peyton Williams broke a 5-5 tie with a go ahead and game winning home run in the ninth inning to secure a win for Vancouver. Buffalo are in line for a win, they have an eleven run lead but their game was suspended due to rain. New Hampshire and Dunedin lost, Dunedin on an extra innings balk.

Buffalo hit five home runs on their way to a win. Dunedin just needed one home run in the eleventh inning to win. Vancouver did not hit a home run and lost. New Hampshire were rained out.

Thursday was the end of the first half of the season. No Jays team qualified for the playoffs.

Buffalo was on the wrong end of a slugfest while Dunedin and the Dominican Jays also lost. New Hampshire and the FCL Blue Jays won one-run games and Vancouver swept a doubleheader to give the affiliates a 4-3 record on Tuesday.

Four games and four sets of unhappy fathers. There were a few good performances but no wins. Yariel Rodriguez pitched. Orelvis hit his 16th home run. Leo Jimenez is back but it's slim pickings.

The affiliates all had very good starting pitching. Andrew Bash for Buffalo held Worcester hitless but Connor Cooke took the loss. Trenton Wallace pitched well but the Fisher Cats lost in eleven innings. Nolan Perry was very good but the D Jays only scored one run.

Vancouver were the exception. Ryan Jennings did well and Vancouver scored three late runs to win.

Victor Arias was the star of the day. He hit two home runs and drove in eight runs. Dunedin split a doubleheader. That was better than Vancouver who lost both ends of their doubleheader. Buffalo won while New Hampshire lost. New Blue Jay Braydon Fisher pitched well but had a bad result.

Ryan McCarty drove in the winning run for New Hampshire in the bottom of the tenth. Earlier New Hampshire blew a 6-0 lead after six innings and needed a run in the bottom of the ninth to extend the game. Adam Macko had started and pitched well. It was the only win for the affiliates. Buffalo were blown out. Vancouver also lost while Dunedin's game was suspended.

Buffalo and New Hampshire were the triumphant teams on Tuesday. Dunedin and the FCL Blue Jays were washed out.

Three wins on Sunday. Buffalo scored six runs on ten hits and won by two. Andrew Bash is emerging as an important pitcher for the Bisons. Vancouver had three home runs to win 8-3. Jamari Baylor hit his third home run in four games. Dunedin scored eight runs supporting a strong start from Gage Stanifer. New Hampshire were the only losers.

Vancouver trailed 7-0 after six innings but they scored in the seventh, eighth and ninth to win 8-7. Dunedin also had a nice win. After several excellent performances at the top of the system on Friday, it was back to losing ways for Buffalo and New Hampshire.

Riley Tirotta was promoted to Buffalo just over two weeks ago. He has made his presence felt. On Friday he went deep twice helping Buffalo win, and he is now hitting over .400 in his short AAA career. Ryan McCarty had a big hit to help New Hampshire win. Dunedin won in eleven innings. Vancouver had a bad day.

There were a couple of notable pitching performances too. Two of the Jays top pitching prospects, Adam Macko and Fernando Perez pitched well. Even Aaron Sanchez had a good start.

Buffalo's game went to extra innings. The Bisons scored two runs in the tenth but lost when Lehigh Valley scored three. New Hampshire scored two in the top of the ninth to win. Dunedin's game went 12 innings but they lost. Vancouver lost it early, so just one win for the affiliates.
