Like #2 JBrumfield I took my camera to a Jays game. In this case it was Friday nights slugfest between the Rangers and the Jays. Here are some of my favourite pictures from that night.

In today`s POTD we look at a range of pitchers, not just one. We have a selection of pitcher deliveries for you to view.

Today we feature Trystan Magnuson in our photo and video of the day. Magnuson has been pitching very well for New Hampshire this season, he has a 1.40 ERA in 12 games. Magnuson has walked just two batters over 19.1 innings and his WHIP is under 1.
Royal blue turned out to be better than powder blue on the scoreboard this day but I'm glad the retro look has not gone away in 2010.
Bradley Glenn has been one of the Lansing Lugnuts hottest players over the first month. Glenn turned 23 in April and is in his first full season as a Blue Jay. Glenn was a 23rd round selection last season out of the University of Arizona, where he played with Brad Mills. Like Mills Glenn was drafted as a junior but returned to school to complete his degree.
Adam Calderone was the hero in the Fisher Cats big win on Saturday. Calderone hit a walk-off, two run home run in the bottom of the ninth to complete the Fisher Cats comeback from a four run deficit.
Gerry has been doing a great job filling the POTD void in my prolonged absence. Here are some shots of the Jays 9-3 victory over the A's Sunday afternoon at the Rogers Centre.
Today's subject of the minor league POTD is Henderson Alvarez. For Alvarez we have photos of the day plus video of the day. Alvarez is off to another hot start with a 0.37 ERA in four starts for Dunedin. Alvarez just turned 20 in April and is one of the younger players in the FSL. Last year Alvarez had a 3.47 ERA in Lansing in 23 starts.
Today's subject of the POTD is Kenny Wilson. Wilson is off to a good start in 2010 after spending a lot of 2009 on the DL.

Eric Thames has been hitting well recently after a slow start. Thames has played well when he has been healthy for the Jays, the key is staying healthy.
