Buffalo scored a run in the first and second innings. Damiano Palmegiani doubled in Will Wagner in the first inning. Josh Kasevich walked and scored on a sac fly in the second. Paxton Schultz started and threw three shutout innings. Eric Pardinho followed and after a 3 up, 3 down fourth, he surrendered a two run home run in the fifth to tie the game. Pardinho hasn't figured out AAA yet, his ERA is over nine.
Another pitcher who hasn't figured out AAA yet, Adrian Hernandez, didn't get an out in the seventh and was charged with five runs. The Bisons scored two consolation runs in the seventh. Jonatan Clase doubled in one run and Joey Votto hit a sac fly. Clase and Rafael Lantigua each had two hits.
Vancouver scored three runs with three hits in the first inning. Victor Arias, Jevon Ward and Jace Bohrofen were the ones who singled. The C's just added four more hits through the rest of the game. Bohrofen and Ward had two hits each. Bohrofen has a five game hit streak going.
Kendry Rojas was outstanding, seven innings, ten K's. He just allowed three hits.
Fernando Perez struggled for Dunedin. He gave up two runs in the first inning then put two men on in the second. Juanmi Vasquez let those two runners score and added four more of his own. The Jays trailed 8-0 in the third inning.
Just four hits for the Jays, Nick Mitchell homered for the only run. It was his second pro home run.
