I'd like to hear what the scouts currently think of Adam Kloffenstein. He's young for AA but he's getting hit hard every time out and walking 5 per 9. He's Rule 5 eligible this offseason.

I too wonder about Kloffenstein. He has half this season left. With another 55IP I suppose which would make about 85IP in AA. I don't know how valuable a 40 man spot is to a contending team. Kloffenstein could pitch a fair bit in AAA next year.

Pinto was pulled for a pinch-runner in the 6th inning after an infield single.  He's been mostly DHing for quite a while.

Nice to see Eric Pardinho working his way back. I wonder if the Jays see him as a bullpen guy now or will they try to build him back up to starting?

I keep forgetting just how young Pardinho is given how long he has been in the organization.

Unfortunately the statcast data says Pardinho throws 91 now, down 3 or 4 MPH from when he was last healthy.
