Buffalo gave up a run in the eighth to turn a 4-4 tie into a 5-4 loss. New Hampshire led 3-0 in the middle of the sixth and lost 5-3. Dunedin led 7-5 in the sixth before going down 9-7. They tied it in the bottom of the ninth before, yes you guessed, the bullpen conceded another run to lose 10-9. Vancouver avoided a bullpen implosion by getting rained out.
Read below for notes on Jordan Groshans, LJ Talley, Yosver Zulueta and Gabriel Martinez, among others.

This is what I noted from yesterday's games.
Nick Allgeyer continued his roller-coaster season. Four runs allowed on nine baserunners in six innings. Newly signed Derek Holland pitched an inning.
Jordan Groshans was 2-4 and is hitting .421 in his small sample of AAA hitting. He has only two K's in 19 at bats. He has just one extra base hit though, that was the area to improve in 2022. Still at least he is hitting well.
Seldom discussed LJ Talley tripled and he is hitting .322. Like Groshans he is homer-less, and has a reasonable K rate around 20%. Talley is just 24 and maybe another year in AAA with some weight lifting could boost his potential. However his position is first base and that is currently occupied.
After not pitching well last time out, Hayden Juenger went three innings with just a walk on his record for New Hampshire. The Jays are being very careful with Juenger's workload. He threw just 38 pitches. In 16.1 innings, Juenger has a WHIP of .80 and 25 K's. He was followed by four relievers, all of whom conceded runs.
Orelvis was 2-4 including his eighth home run. He had one strikeout. Tanner Morris was 1-4 dropping his average to .329.
Yosver Zulueta started for Dunedin and went 3.1 innings. He was somewhat wild early before settling down. He finished with 65 pitches thrown, 41 strikes, 24 balls. Zuleuta got 10 whiffs, 8 on his sinker. That pitch averaged 96.4 mph with a max of 99.
Kendry Rojas was one of the bullpen pitchers, he gave up four runs. Rojas had trouble throwing strikes, just 38 out of 63 pitches in three innings.
Roque Salinas is a 19 year old outfielder, signed out of Mexico in the off-season. Salinas is short, just 5'7", and has been playing every second day for the last week. He was hitting .111 before Thursday's game, but went 3-5 including driving in two runs in the ninth to tie the game. His average more than doubled from .111 to .217. Another outfielder, Teoscar Hernandez, was 2-4 with a home run. The third outfielder Gabriel Martinez was hitting .183 at the end of April. He has hit .412 with an OPS of 1.118 in May. Adriel Sotolongo was also 2-4.
Joey Murray has been placed on the seven day IL.
