Luis Perez has been promoted to Buffalo. Austin Bibens-Dirkx has been sent down to New Hampshire. Todd Redmond is about to take Bibens-Dirkx spot in the rotation.

Good to see Perez moved up. I expect we'll see him back with the Jays before the summer's over. He walks a few, but has good stuff. No runs allowed in 7 IP with NH, but 5 BB. His control is probably a bit off due to missing almost 2 whole seasons. Give him a month or two in AAA to sharpen that up.
