Earlier this year I presented a top 10 list of minor league pitchers according to Age-Adjusted Dominance Ratio - a stat that I developed last year as a quick method of assessing a pitcher's dominance by weighing strikeouts against walks, HBP. HR and Hits.

I present here the top 20 for both AA and AAA as of the morning of May 31st. Player population excludes pitchers aged 30 and over (B-R age) and the top 20 contains only pitchers aged 26 or under (I took Francisco Liriano out). Further notes will be made in the Comments section.
