"slight tear in his rotator cuff"

How fragile are pitchers with these kinds of injuries?  I'm not sure what to expect from League.  Is there is any reason to believe he will post an ERA around 2.50 over the next few years, like he did in 2006?

I expect that  the most significant move to come from League's reappearance will be (assuming Brandon shows over the first few weeks that can pitch the eight effectively) that Janssen will get some starts. I'm not expecting him to do much there since it looks like he needs another pitch for the long haul, but now is the time to see what the Jays have.
