STOP DROPPING YOUR ELBOW, BOY!!!!!! Now that that's out of the way, nice pic NFH. I am fascinated by the details of these boys arms in motion (Overbay's arms yesterday were great too). Veins and muscles and tendons are awesome.

I have a good John McDonald throwing shot that creeps me out because of the mechanics of throwing the ball -- I find that the arm positions look so unnatural when you catch them at a certain point.

I'll put it up next week.

For the record:

2 for 2, with a sac fly, a walk, a home run, two runs scored and four RBI.

We have a standing request for McGowan, so he'll be early next week. I'll try to find some Aaron Hill, too.
