And this is part two...

These aren't even complete, by the way - there are actually three more pages, which provide a day-by-day summary of the season to date, along with the remaining schedule. And that's also where you find the brief note about ejections and injuries, which I cut and pasted to a little blank area at the bottom of Page 6. Because I need all the Photoshop practise I can get....

Fun fact gleamed from today's notes: this was the first time all year that Reed Johnson was in the starting lineup batting sixth, and you'd have to say that move worked...

I assume this is what you can get emailed to you for free if you register at the Jays site at http://toronto.bluejays.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/presspass/index.jsp?c_id=tor , though their Demo is failing for me right now (I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0).

Cool! I didn't know about the Press Pass feature - I just signed up.

As I read it, it sounds like you don't get the press pass emailed to you - they just tell you when the on-site press pass pages are updated.

Or maybe you do get the pass emailed to you:

MLB.com Press Pass is a convenient way for fans to access official media information for their favorite team(s) before the game. This personalized Press Pass can be delivered to your e-mail inbox as soon as your team game notes are available.

Or maybe they'll just email the link to you. Whatever. I'll shut up now. :-)

I've discovered I'm already registered: same userid/password as for the GameDay Audio I subscribe to each year. I can browse today's game notes right now, 9 pages, including pages 6-8 that Magpie dropped. It's a little slow, but usable. There are also archives back to July 2001, though before mid-2002 they seem to just return errors.

P.S. If there was a concern about the number of graphics in one thread, the middle page (page 5) could be dropped, because it seems that all of it is copied onto the bottom page (a combination of pages 5 and 9).
