Many thanks, everyone, for making this so much fun.

I'm proud to say I've finally found a site not flooded with kids and teenagers (i.e. immature antics) who enjoy talking about baseball.

I'm a pretty new fan of baseball and I've really enjoyed the content found on this site whether it be the interviews, scouting reports, or the posters adding to the discussion.

Coach, Gideon, Craig, et al:

This site has been great. I couldn't imagine the hockey-mad Greater Toronto Area from November to February without it.
_Cristian - Saturday, July 31 2004 @ 08:56 PM EDT (#47075) #
Congrats guys. Although to be fair, the one million hits is misleading. With all the great content everyone contributes here, I'm probably responsible for a large number of the hits. Keep it up guys.
Mike Green - Saturday, July 31 2004 @ 08:58 PM EDT (#47076) #
Congratulations, Coach.

hey, we're not all that bad :)

Thanks to everyone who makes this great site possible and gave birth to the fantastic cheer club. Here's to a million more.

Back when we passed 100,000 hits, I e-mailed Kent and Craig and said, "This is nothing. See you at one million." I never doubted we'd get here; I just never thought it would happen this fast.

Thanks to every lurker, every poster, every member of the Roster, and most of all to Kent and Craig, the original Cabal-leros. See you at ten million, guys.

I've been hooked for quite some time now... And I plan on staying that way :)... congrats gents!

Congrats Coach on a great site. It keeps me interested in baseball all winter when hockey reigns supreme in this great land of ours. This is the first site I check each day so that I keep up with Jay news and Baseball info. All the best to Mike & Mike, Gerry and all the rest of the contributers to this site. Thanks!!

Congratulations, Coach, Craig, and Jordan, and everyone else! I am continually amazed by the quality and quantity of work people are producing. Y'all rock my world.

My thanks to Coach and everyone. This is the best baseball site I know of and it's incredible (but not surprising) how many hits it has had over the past few years. Go for a Billion! Thanks.

This site is an absolute must for any Jays fan. It is leaps and bounds ahead of the traditional print press. The key to the success is the passion of everyone involved with this site. While I rarely post, I visit every single day to stay informed. Congrats on a job well done!
_Tassle - Saturday, July 31 2004 @ 10:35 PM EDT (#47087) #
Best free baseball site on the internet, easily. You guys don't get anough credit for all the content you put up each and every day. Congrats
_sweat - Saturday, July 31 2004 @ 10:49 PM EDT (#47088) #
This is my favourite sports website, for original content and links to the various newsprint articles. If only all of my interests had weebsites run by people as dedicated and intelligent as you guys.
_The Original Ry - Saturday, July 31 2004 @ 10:55 PM EDT (#47089) #
Congratulations of the milestone and all the best on your journey to one billion.

Cheers on one million, boys. Battersbox has replaced Primer as my must-read baseball source every day.

Thanks to all of roster for their efforts (and sometimes money and tears and billable hours) and another, big, thank you to the readers who keep coming back to post enthusiastic and thoughtful comments and ideas.

If only all of my interests had weebsites

Depends ... are you a New York Jets fan? Many J-E-T-S JetsJetsJets afficianados refer to their sites as "Weebsites" in honour of former coach Weeb Ewbank.

Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall
NEVER leave home without DaBox.

Congrats to all, lets keep the quality!

A sincere congratulations to our original joint venturers, Messrs. Williams, Furlong and Burley. It's evidence of the power of a good idea from capable, forward-thinking folks.

A O-Dog fist-bump to my fellow roster members, who amaze me not only with their enthusiasm and ability, but also their creativity in churning out new material.

And a Jimmy-Key-in-Game-4 tip of the cap to our readers, for their encouragement, contributions and commitment to keeping this place a civil, intelligent and fun forum for the best game in the world. Please keep visiting Da Box, keep supporting your team, and keep feeling free to -- gasp -- disagree with us!

Hooray for Da Box.
_miVulgar - Sunday, August 01 2004 @ 01:15 AM EDT (#47095) #
Congratulations.

This is one of the few sites that I'll visit more than once a day; a fantastic example of how an effectively deployed blog can challenge and ultimately surpass the benefit/enjoyment/knowledge derived from reading the "dailies" (and in a media-rich market like Toronto, that's saying something!).

If there was only something this good out there for my beloved Raptors and basketball with a Canadian slant.
_Brad - Sunday, August 01 2004 @ 01:39 AM EDT (#47096) #
Congrats Coach and everyone else responsible at the Box from the Left Coast. Your site has given this avid baseball fan a new perspective and interest in the great game as it is played and followed in the East and Great North! All of your voices carry...!

There are still Jets fans? Wow. Never underestimate the power of hope, I guess.

Thanks to all the readers who come back even when we say something dumb. And thanks to the big kids who let me play in their sandbox.

Congratulations to Coach and the others for such a great forum to express our ideas, opinions and concerns.

Here's to another million.

I've only known about the site since probably after 950,000, but this is the perfect site for long distance Jays fans like me. Keep going strong!

While I realize there is no Cabal, congratulations anyways.

P.S. Is the 1,000,000th graphic a NFH original?

Congrats to Coach & crew, I've enjoyed this site for over a year now, and it has done nothing but continually improve on its past successes. Certainly a lesson in how to earn and retain a loyal and dedicated following, you guys are writing the book on it!
