I hope everyone enjoys our new home. Let the games begin.
Nice work, Kent (and those who helped him, if applicable). Your site has been a pleasure to read (and occasionally to contribute to) during the off-season and I expect it to be required reading in the months ahead. Good luck to your Blue Jays except when they're opposing the AL franchise from Texas.
Thanks, Scott.
For those who don't already know, Mr. Lucas is the Texas Rangers fantasy correspondent on ESPN.com, and he has the audacity to be challenging me in a couple of leagues. He's in trouble in the BBFL, because it's Head-to-Head, and due to a scheduling quirk, he gets two matchups this season against the mighty Toronto Walrus (still undrafted, of course, but I'm expecting them to be great).
As always, I got plenty of help during this site upgrade -- and valuable design tips -- from my friends Craig and Jordan. I will take full credit for my technical brilliance, and invite anyone in the GTA to hire me as a consultant for your Web and networking needs. In the moments when I'm not blogging, coaching baseball or obsessing over my Roto teams, I do PC support, install Ethernet and wireless networks, and/or manage a Web presence for small businesses and individuals. I'm tired of the corporate rat race -- I used to work on big contracts for the likes of Compaq and HP, doing huge projects at banks and hospitals. Now I get to know my clients, and in addition to helping them save money by investing in the "right" hardware and software, I provide coaching, as you might expect. With the BB migration complete -- woo hoo! -- I'm looking for new projects.
