James Kaprelian was whacked for three home runs and seven runs in total over two innings with three of the runs being unearned. His game WHIP was five thanks to eight hits and two walks but he struck out three. Paxton Schultz struck out three in 3-2/3 shutout innings, Braydon Fisher got the next four outs, three of them Ks. José Cuas and Eric Pardinho had shutout frames with Pardinho fanning two. Alan Rodem had a two-hit night that included a two-run double and drew a walk.Jonatan Clase had a hit and a walk. Josh Kasevich and Will Robertson also had base knocks.

Ryan McCarty and Charles McAdoo had three-hit nights with McAdoo homering.and adding two doubles in the completion of an earlier game this season. Alex De Jesús and Michael Turconi had two hits with De Jesús' two-run homer in the ninth to score Turconi being the difference. Josh Kasevich also had a double in this game. Johnathan Lavallee pitched a shutout ninth and struck out two to offset a walk. Adrian Hernández was the winning pitcher despite giving up four runs over two innings.

Turconi capped off the Fisher Cats doubleheader sweep with a three-run homer. RJ Schreck drove in the other two runs, including an RBI double. Schreck was hit by a pitch and so was Dasan Brown who had a triple and stolen base on the night. Ryan McCarty, Josh Rivera and Robert Brooks all had a knock and a walk. Abdiel Mendoza was the winning hurler with five innings of one-run ball with four hits and two walks allowed. He struck out three and got five outs on the ground. Ryan Jennings struck out one in a perfect sixth and Anders Tolhurst worked a one-hit seventh that saw him strike out the side.

Cutter Coffey cracked his first home run as a member of the Blue Jays organization and added a single. Jace Bohrofen did not get a triple but had the other parts of the cycle. He doubled home a run and brought home two more with a home run that bounced on top of the center field wall before going into the parking lot. Peyton Williams also put one over the wall in right field for a two-run shot. Je'Von Ward had a two-hit night. Ryan Watson put in a quality start of two runs allowed over six innings despite nine hits and a walk. He struck out four and recorded seven outs on the dirt. Grayson Thurman struck out three and stranded a runner for Watson over 1-1/3 innings. Kai Peterson punched out two to end a perfect ninth.

RBI doubles by Arjun Nimmala and Aaron Parker got the D-Jays rolling in the first inning. Nimmala later added an RBI single as part of a four-hit night. Yhoangel Apontel had a run-scoring triple and Edward Duran scored two more with a base hit. Aponte and Parker also had a base on balls. Nick Mitchell had a triple and a single and Brock Tibbets was on base three times with two hits and a walk. Gage Stanifer gave up two runs over 4-1/3 innings on two hits and three walks with six punchouts. JJ Sánchez was the winning pitcher with 2-1/3 innings of one-run ball with three Ks. Yondrei Rojas stranded two runners for Sánchez and gave up a one over two-thirds of an inning. Julio Ortiz stranded two Rojas runners and struck out three over 1-2/3 innings for the save.

Franklin Rojas had three hits, including a double and two RBI, and Pascual Archila had a double among his two hits. Jarold Montealto drove in three runs without a hit, drawing two bases-loaded walks and bringing home another with a ground ball. Silvano Hechavarria shone again on the slope with five shutout innings, scattering two hits and two walks while punching out six. Carlos Abad walked two but whiffed four over 1-2/3 shutout innings.
