Buffalo's bats were in full working condition as they beat up on Scranton. Jonatan Clase homered and drove in three runs. Vancouver scored a run in the ninth to win. New Hampshire and Dunedin lost.

Jonatan Clase and Nathan Lukes both homered for Buffalo in the seventh inning. Clase also doubled and drove in three runs. Lukes also had a single and two RBI. Rafael Lantigua doubled twice. Josh Kasevich picked up two more hits and is hitting .310 in AAA.
This was a bullpen game for the Bisons with six pitchers used. Of note Eric Pardinho got four outs, two via strikeout. Hagen Danner, working his way back, also got four outs, two via strikeout. Braydon Fisher had four K's in two innings and also gave up his first AAA run.
Rafael Sanchez had a tough start for New Hampshire, seven hits allowed and three walks in five innings. He gave up three home runs and didn't record a strikeout. Anders Tolhurst also was roughed up.
Rainer Nunez had three hits but also made two errors, his eighth and ninth of the season. Robert Brooks hit his first AA home run. Nunez is hitting .407 in August. But just two of his eleven hits have been for extra bases.
Vancouver scored a run in each of the first three innings. Cutter Coffey and Jace Bohrofen singled in the first to create a run. In the second Jay Harry led off with a double and scored on a sac fly. Peyton Williams homered in the third. Jay Harry padded the lead with an RBI single in the sixth.
Grant Rogers was dealing, just two hits allowed through five shutout innings. But when he came out for the sixth Spokane scored four runs with five hits, tying the game. It was still a good start for Rogers.
The game stayed tied until the ninth. Jay Harry singled, moved to third on an errant pickoff throw and scored when Nick Goodwin singled. Bo Bonds threw three shutout and hitless innings for the win. Harry went 3-4, Goodwin 2-4.
Trent Palmer made his first start since the end of May and it didn't go well. He walked three in 1.2 innings, hit a batter and was charged with three runs, one earned.
Aaron Parker hit his third home run and singled, hitting .293 he is off to a good start to his career. Eddie Micheletti had a hit, he is hitting .333 and is the leader among the 2024 draftees. JR Freethy also had two hits. Tucker Toman went on the development list for a month. He has played three games since his return and has yet to get a hit.
