NOTES

Gabriel Cancel is a 27 year old infielder just signed by the Jays. He was previously in the Royals organization. He hit a three run home run in the seventh to give Buffalo a temporary lead. He also came in to pitch after Mason Fluharty had given up four runs in the tenth. This was a bullpen day for the Jays and all four regular pitchers who appeared gave up runs.

Cancel had a double to go with his home run. He had two of the Bisons six hits. Riley Tirotta homered in the ninth to tie the game and send it to extra innings.

Michael Dominguez didn't survive the second inning having allowed five runs. Three of the four relievers who followed also conceded runs. Just five hits for the Fisher Cats.

Vancouver just keep on winning. Once again they scored three runs in the eighth inning to break a tie. Jace Bohrofen singled in Dasan Brown in the eighth followed by a Peyton Williams double. Brown and Williams had three hits each.

Ryan Jennings just went 3.2 innings, four runs allowed but just two earned. For this team the three relievers kept Hillsboro off the board.

In the first Dunedin game Victor Arias homered to lead off the game and the Jays could only register two hits the rest of the game. Grant Rogers took the loss.

Fernando Perez went five innings in game two. Lakeland scored one run off Perez with three hits. He struck out five.

Nicolas Deschamps homered in the fifth for the Jays first run. Tucker Toman drove in the second run. But the Jays just had four hits in the game after getting three hits in game one.
