Chad Dallas and Adam Macko had rough starts. Buffalo couldn't recover but New Hampshire did thanks to seven hitters having a multi hit game. Vancouver lost their game in the bottom of the ninth while Dunedin were dominated by Tampa.

Chad Dallas hasn't figured out AAA yet. He went 4.2 innings but ten hits and a walk led to six runs. He had just two K's. The Indy lineup includes Yasmani Grandal, Jake Lamb and Billy McKinney. Dallas's ERA is a lofty 7.81.
The Bisons scored four runs on nine hits. Payton Henry had the only XBH, a two run double. Rafael Lantigua, who was off to a slow start, had three hits. He is hitting .256 up from .219 a week ago. Steward Berroa stayed hot going 2-4 and boosting his average to .298. Oddly, Berroa has two extra base hits this season, no doubles, no triples and two home runs.
The Fisher Cats broke out the lumber with 17 hits. They allowed hits. There were several lead changes ending with an eight, eight tie after seven innings. Josh Kasevich doubled in a run in the eighth to give NH the lead. Garrett Spain hit his sixth home run in the ninth to make it 10-8. Kasevich had three hits and four RBI. Alan Roden had two hits and drove in three runs. Michael Turconi had three hits, Phil Clarke, Devonte Brown, Rainer Nunez and Andres Sosa had two hits each.
Jimmy Burnette had pitched the eighth but he returned for the ninth. A single and an error by Turconi got the inning off to a bad start. A couple of walks made it a 10-9 game and Burnette was now up to 49 pitches. With two out Ian Churchill came in from the bullpen to face Yankees prospect Spencer Jones. Two pitches later the game was over with a flyout.
Adam Macko had his worst start of the season. A single, walk and hit batter, followed by a double led to two runs in the first inning. Two singles gave Somerset a run in the second. A pair of walks with a double made it five runs allowed for Macko. He was pulled after three innings. Macko threw 66 pitches, 33 strikes and the same number of balls. Macko has had control problems in the past but he had avoided them this season, until Thursday.
Vancouver took a 2-1 lead to the bottom of the ninth. Chay Yeager came on to try and nail down the win. But a lead off double, a walk and a bunt single loaded the bases. Yeager got one out but a single scored two and won the game for ri-City. That took the win away from Chris McElvain who went six inning with four hits, one run and five K's.
Vancouver scored their two runs in the fifth inning. Estiven Machado singled in a run and Ryan McCarty added a sac fly. Just four hits for the C's, Jean Arnaez had two.
In the middle of the seventh inning in the Dunedin game, the Jays were trailing 9-0 and they had just one hit, by Victor Arias. In the bottom of the seventh Yhoangel Aponte homered for the Jays second hit and first run. In the eighth Arias doubled in a run and Aponte then singled in two more. Arias and Aponte had two hits each out of the six total hits.
Grant Rogers struck out eight in 4.1 innings. But five hits and two walks led to six runs, five earned. A bases loaded double, and later a triple, were Rogers's downfall.
The FCL starts up on Saturday. Will the Jays leave Arjun Nimmala with Dunedin where he has struggled or will they drop him down to the FCL?
