Brandon Barriera was pulled from his start Saturday with an undisclosed injury. There is no such thing as a pitching prospect, yeah I know. This comes a day after Ricky Tiedemann had trouble finding the strike zone and on the same day that Chad Dallas and Devereaux Harrison had rough starts.
In better news both Buffalo and Dunedin came from behind to win with strong bullpen performances. New Hampshire lost big while Vancouver's bullpen cost them the game.Buffalo 10 Worcester 6

Chad Dallas had a tough start for Buffalo, he gutted his way through four innings but gave up six runs. The bullpen threw five shutout innings to give the hitters time to come back.
Will Robertson hit his second home run of the season and walked twice. Spencer Horwitz reached base six times, two hits and four walks.
Pitching was New Hampshire's downfall. They walked 11 hitters! Devereaux Harrison had a rough intro to AA, five runs allowed in 1.1 innings. Michael Turconi drove in two runs but was removed from the game after he was hit by a pitch. Alan Roden's double was the only XBH.
Rafael Sanchez started for Vancouver and went six shutout innings. The C's scored a run in the seventh to take a 1-0 lead. Jace Bohrofen singled and Nick Goodwin doubled him home. Kendry Rojas came on and conceded a run. He was pulled with two outs and Connor Larkin wild pitched in a run and walked in another. Bohrofen and Brennan Orf had two hits each.
After Barriera left the Dunedin game the bullpen went to work. Eliander Alcalde went 2.2 shutout innings. Irv Carter, who struggled last season, encouragingly threw three good innings. Kai Peterson, 20th round pick last year out of a JC, pitched the last two innings.
As an opposite to New Hampshire the Dunedin hitters walked eleven times. Victor Arias was 2-3 with a double and a walk. He drove in three. Arjun Nimmala had two hits. In total the D Jays had just six hits.
