Buffalo racked up 14 runs in another win. They are leading the division in the second half and have the top offense in the division over the same period. Vancouver had an easy win. Dunedin won both ends of a doubleheader. Ricky Tiedemann and Brandon Barriera were the starting pitchers but they scored ten runs in the first inning between both games. That is a winning combination. New Hampshire were rained out.

NOTES

Five home runs for Buffalo. Rafael Lantigua hit two, a two run shot in the second and a solo homer in the eighth. Nathan Lukes, Ernie Clement and Davis Schneider also homered. For Schneider it was number 21. Schneider also had a triple but it was really a single that the fielder dived for and missed. Stevie Berman and Lantigua had three hits each. Orelvis was 0-3 and walked twice. Yosver Zulueta pitched an inning and didn't walk anyone. He hasn't walked anyone in three of his last four appearances.

Vancouver jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning. Singles by Josh Kasevich, Garrett Spain and Jeffrey Wehler drove in runs. An error by the Everett centre fielder let two more runs score in the second. That was enough for Michael Dominguez who threw a one hitter over five innings. He struck out five but also walked five.

Dasan Brown and Cade Doughty each had two hits.

Ricky Tiedemann started Dunedin's first game. He went three innings without difficulty. Chad Green followed to get the next four outs. When Green left the game the Jays were winning 10-0.

The game started well with the Jays plating six runs in the first inning. Two of the first three hitters tripled and it was off to the races after that, although those two triples were the only extra base hits. Angel Del Rosario led off and went 3-5. Manuel Beltre was 4-5 and Peyton Williams was 2-2 with three walks. He should be back in Vancouver next week.

Brandon Barriera started game two. He just went two innings, 35 pitches. he did give up a run in the first inning when a couple of sliders went for ground ball singles. He struck out two. Tenth round pick Josh Mollerus and 15th rounder Kelena Sauer each pitched an inning.

Dunedin got off to a fast start in the second game too, scoring four. A couple of new guys drove in the runs, Nick Goodwin doubled in three runs and Jackson Hornung singled in Goodwin. Roque Salinas doubled in two in the second inning.
