It's the mid season break for the minor leagues too, and I think it comes at a good time. The Jays affiliates are short of pitching, there have been a lot of bullpen games this week. They need to get some of their arms back. And injuries have taken a toll on the hitting side too. Orelvis hasn't been seen in a few days and guys like Josh Kasevich and Peyton Williams are on the IL. In addition to the short term injured, will we see Ricky T and Brandon B soon?
The first half has not been kind to several prospects. With a four day break, can they reset their minds, their approaches to deliver a strong second half? Buffalo were the only winners on Sunday.

Otto Lopez stayed hot heading into the break, he had a three RBI double and a single. Davis Schneider hit his 16th home run, Tanner Morris had three hits.
Casey Lawrence was his usual good self, pitching six innings.
New Hampshire had a bullpen day, and not a good one, with eleven runs allowed. The offense had eight hits, Steward Berroa had two.
For Vancouver Devereaux Harrison did not have a good start, allowing five runs in four innings. Four runs came in the third, with an infield single, a walk and back to back home runs.
Alan Roden and Dasan Brown led off the game with a pair of singles. Roden scored on a sac fly from Alex De Jesus for the C's only run. Roden had two of the C's five hits.
Hyun Jin Ryu and Joey Murray handled five scoreless innings for Dunedin. But the other three pitchers gave up six runs in four innings. The Jays had just three hits.
