The Buffalo Bisons put up some offence that would make the Bills jealous. Dunedin split a doubleheader thanks to a no-hitter. Vancouver and the FCL Jays came up short. New Hampshire's game against Harrisburg was rained out.

Buffalo 20 Rochester 3

The Herd failed to score in just the second and fifth innings against the Nationals affiliate. Kevin Smith got the Bisons rolling with an RBI double in the first inning enroute to a 5-for-7 day with four runs scored and two RBI. Otto Lopez had a four-hit game with a home run, two doubles and a walk. Cavan Biggio also went deep, singled twice, walked once and drove in five. Gregory Polanco homered, doubled and knocked home four. Forrest Wall doubled, singled, walked and stole his 30th base of the year.

Casey Lawrence got the win with five innings of three-run ball, giving up eight hits and a walk while striking out six. Jacob Waguespack, Tayler Saucedo, Rafael Dolis and Anthony Castro finished up with a shutout inning apiece with Dolis striking out the side.

Hillsboro 3 Vancouver 2

The Diamondbacks affiliate got all three runs against Alex Nolan in the fifth. Only one of the three runs was earned on three hits and two walks. Nolan struck out four in 4-2/3 innings. Will McAffer pitched 2-1/3 innings of one-hit ball and struck out three. Gabriel Ponce and Jol Concepion contributed a shutout frame apiece.

Eric Rivera had two outs of the number nine spot in the order. Philip Clarke had the lone extra-base hit with a double. Tanner Morris had an RBI single in the ninth. Zac Cook, Will Robertson and P.K. Morris also had base hits. Addison Barger hit into a double play that brought in a run but also made an error at short that resulted in Nolan’s two unearned runs.

Clearwater 6 Dunedin 3 (Game 1)

A pair of Miguel Hiraldo RBI groundouts and a wild pitch accounted for all the Dunedin runs against the Phillies affiliate. Dasan Brown was 2-for-2 with a walk and two stolen bases to give him 20 but he was caught once. Steward Berroa doubled, walked and swiped a bag. Mac Mueller had the other Dunedin safety.

Rafael Ohashi took the loss in his four-inning outing in which he gave up four runs on three hits and posted a K/BB total of 5-5. Harry Rutkowski gave up a run in two innings and Colton Laws also allowed a run in the seventh.

Dunedin 3 Clearwater 0 (Game 2)

Trent Palmer pitched a complete-game seven-inning no-hitter, walking two and plunking two. He rung up nine batters and produced three outs on the ground.

Riley Tirotta's RBI groundout was the winning run in the sixth and that was followed by a two-run double from Adriel Sotolongo. Leo Jimenez doubled and walked twice. Dasan Brown and Miguel Hiraldo had base knocks. Steward Berroa walked, stole his 55th base and was caught once.

FCL Tigers West 6 FCL Blue Jays 3

Rikelbin De Castro connected for his second home run of the year to tie the game at 1-1 in the second before the Western Tigers scored four in the fourth to take the lead for good. Yhon Perez singled home De Castro and Jaden Rudd walked with the bases loaded in the fifth. De Castro had a walk to go with his homer while Rudd and Mallex Smith walked twice and stole a base. Smith was also caught stealing once. Amell Brazoban was nailed trying to steal third and Peniel Brito was nailed trying to confiscate the pentagon.

Soenni Martinez pitched the first two innings and yielded a run on two hits and two walks and struck out a pair. Wilgenis Alvarado was tagged with the loss after getting whacked for four runs in 1-1/3 innings. Bejardi Meza oversaw two of Alvardo's runners scoring and gave up another run in 2-2/3 innings.
