The #BlueJays affiliates split four games down the middle Tuesday.

Durham 5 Buffalo 1

Darnell Sweeney's two-out RBI single in the ninth spoiled Durham's shutout bid. Dwight Smith Jr.—who scored the lone run—had a single and a walk. Danny Espinosa had two hits. Dalton Pompey, Rowdy Tellez and Tim Lopes put a '1' under the column 'H' in the boxscore.

Chris Rowley allowed six hits and walked three but it only resulted in two runs over four innings. Taylor Guerreri gave up two runs in 2-2/3 innings and Luis Santos surrendered one in 1-1/3.

New Hampshire 9 Binghamton 4

Jonathan Davis set the tone with a leadoff dinger. The quartet of Bo Bichette, Cavan Biggio, Connor Panas and Patrick Cantwell had two hits apiece. Bichette had two triples while Biggio was hit by pitch and stole a base. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was 1-for-4 with a plunk and two RBI. Andrew Guillotte was 1-for-4 with a swipe.

Jordan Romano missed out on a quality start by one out but gave up four hits and four walks while plunking a batter. He struck out four and produced six outs on the ground. Danny Young allowed an inherited runner to score and gave up a run on four hits but rung up four over 1-2/3 innings. Justin Shafer stranded two of Young's runners and struck out two over 1-2/3 innings of one-hit ball.

Lakeland 2 Dunedin 1

Angel Perdomo put together five shutout innings in his 2018 debut. The big lefty allowed just three hits and walked one while striking out seven. He threw 78 pitches, 48 for strikes. Baseball Prospectus writer Jason Woodell tweeted this about Perdomo's outing - "91-92 but keeps the ball out of the middle of the zone. Offspeed is flat with little life. Inconsistent SL and CH. delivery is funky enough to keep hitters from getting too comfortable". William Ouellette was charged with the blown save when he gave up the tying run in the seventh. Travis Bergen gave up the winning run in the eighth for the loss.

A Josh Palacios triple and a Richard Urena sacrifice fly accounted for the Dunedin scoring. Bradley Jones doubled but whiffed three times. Logan Warmoth and Nash Knight had the other hits. Riley Adams was 0-for-4.

Lansing 7 Dayton 0

Kevin Smith sent Packy Naughton packing with a two-run double in the first and a three-run home run in the third. Kacy Clemens had the other two-hit game for Lansing. Cullen Large had an RBI single and two walks. Samad Taylor drew three free passes. Matt Morgan singled and walked twice. Reggie Pruitt doubled and stole a base before giving way to Chavez Young in center field late in the game. Brock Lundquist had a run-scoring single and Christian Willliams had a base hit and a base on balls. Ryan Noda walked once. Despite hitting .205, his on-base percentage is .516.

Yennsy Diaz threw a no-hitter over five innings. He walked four but matched that with four groundouts and struck out five. Dalton Rodriguez and Brody Rodning pitched two shutout innings of one-hit ball apiece with Rodriguez striking out one and Rodning striking out two.
