The affiliates won just one of three Thursday. The Bisons were rained out.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats

Roemon Fields had two hits, a run batted in and a stolen base. The fleet outfielder is 2-for-2 in stolen bases, giving him 140 so far in his three-plus years as a pro. However, he's struck out nearly 22 percent of the time so far and has walked just less than three percent of the time. Jonathan Davis has an 11-game on-base streak after clubbing his second homer of the year. His OPS is .894.

Justin Shafer was promoted from Dunedin and made his Fisher Cats debut with a scoreless frame, issuing one walk but inducing two groundouts. Blake McFarland made his season debut with a shutout eighth, giving up a hit and striking out one.

Dunedin Blue Jays

T.J. Zeuch had zero wins in his first 11 pro starts. So he comes out of the bullpen for the first time and of course, he gets his first-ever W! He entered the game in the second inning after the rehabbing J.P. Howell struck out two in a scoreless first. He gave up three runs (two earned) on three hits and a walk while striking out three. More impressively, he really bored his outfielders with all of his 16 outs in play on the ground. Last year's first rounder has 11 Ks and three walks over 11 innings this season to go along with a 1.64 ERA.

Max Pentecost, the 11th pick of the 2014 draft, pounded a two-run homer and doubled in his four at-bats. After donning the catcher's gear recently, Pentecost wore a first baseman's mitt for this one.

Lansing Lugnuts

Denis Diaz followed in Zeuch's footsteps with a longer than usual relief outing. Though Diaz allowed both of his inherited runners to score in relief of Osman Gutierrez, the Tegucigalpa, Honduras native lasted 5-2/3 innings and yielded just one run of his own on a home run while walking one and whiffing seven. Four of his seven outs in play were on the ground.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. had the night off and Bo Bichette doubled in four at-bats.
