Tom Glavine is not happy with the Braves, as you can imagine. He's especially irritated about being "paraded out to pitch" to a sold-out crowd in Rome (Georgia!) even though the team had already decided to cut him loose. John Schuerholz has actually apologized, but Glavine probably won't be coming to any team functions for a while.
If things didn't end badly, they wouldn't end at all.
Speaking of the Braves, they relieved the Pirates of their centre fielder in exchange for three prospects. Pirates players were displeased, to say the least:
