On All-Star game night in double A and triple A, Josh Kreuzer set
Dunedin afire with a late blast. The farm affiliates went 1-2,
and the double A All-Star game, with heavy Fisher Cat representation,
was cancelled due to fog.

The Jays came back in classic fashion in the bottom of the ninth to
prevent Brandon Magee from taking a tough loss. With one out,
Carlo Cota walked and Eric Nielsen followed with a single up the
middle. Josh Kreuzer then won the game Earl Weaver style with a
walk-off blast over the centerfield fence. Magee went 7 innings and
allowed 1 earned run on 5 hits and 2 walks, while punching out 5.
Billy Carnline was nicked for an insurance run in the eighth, but
Adrian Martin threw a perfect ninth in his FSL debut to set the stage for Kreuzer's
heroics. Cory Patton threw out a runner at the plate early in the
game, and Magee helped out his own cause by picking off a rehabbing
B.J. Upton with the bases loaded and one out. Brian Jeroloman
went 0-1 with 3 walks and threw out the only runner who attempted to
steal. Jesus Gonzalez chipped in with 2 hits.

Auburn 3 @ Staten Island 4
A ninth-inning Doubleday rally fell just short. Auburn trailed
4-1 entering the ninth. Manny Rodriguez doubled, and with two out
Ben Zeskind walked and took second on defensive indifference.
Victor Santana singled in two before Leance Soto grounded out to end
the game. The Doubledays whiffed 16 times on the night.
Wilfreddy Aguirre started and went 6 innings, allowing 3 earned runs on
5 hits and 2 walks with 4 strikeouts. J.P. Arencibia had the day
off.
GCL Tigers 5 @ GCL Blue Jays 2
Brian Letko kept up his run of good pitching, but there wasn't a lot of
happy news for the young'uns. Letko went 4 innings, and allowed
one earned run on five hits and a walk, while striking out 5.
Balbino Fuenmayor went 1-4, while Justin Jackson and Kevin Ahrens each
wore the collar as the Jays could muster only 5 hits. Jonathan
Del Campo drove in both Jay runs with a single, and also walked twice.
