The All-Star Break nominally marks the halfway point of the season, but in the BBFL only eight weeks remain before the playoffs. With only a four-day schedule this week and the 25-inning minimum still in effect, owners must insure that their pitchers will see action.
ALOMAR DIVISION:
The Edmonton Decepticons and Gashouse Gorillas have slowly pulled away from their competition. Said competition is packed amazingly tight for so late in the season. The bottom eight teams in the division are separated by only 8.5 games, and the previously left-for-dead Thunderbirds have vaulted from 19th to 13th in just two weeks. In this week’s four-day competition, the aforementioned Decepticons and Gorillas face off.
