Exhibit A: Baseball's Hall of Shame?

I saw the below cartoon today and just absolutely could not resist, because it leads to such an interesting QOTD (remember those?) ...

So here's the question ... what else, other than the items shown in the cartoon, would deserve permanent display in Baseball's Hall of Shame in Jamestown, Virgina (and a no-prize to the first person who can explain why I chose that location or can find a city named "Fenimore" as an alternate site!)
