Of our lives until somebody say
Forgive me if I seem out of line
Then she whipped out her gun
And tried to blow me away

Welcome to the No news to report.. why am I bothering issue of Jays Roundup.

  1. The Jays lone All-Star representative enjoyed his first All-Star game, as described in Gary Washburn's "Lilly cherishes first experience". Cherish is the word I use to describe, all the feelings that Ted Lilly has inside...

  2. In "Jays' first half marred by injuries", Spencer Fordin looks back at difficult 80+ stretch of games for the Blue Jays.

  3. Are there clashes between J.P. and the manager? Will Tosca stay or will he go? Bob Elliott wants you to look here: Tosca faces his future".

  4. In "Golden age doesn't glitter for Blue Jays" Jeff Blair hilights an attendance problem that I've been worried about for awhile:

The Blue Jays are the only American League team averaging fewer than 20,000 fans a game (19,852). Their attendance has fallen 13 per cent since last year, a drop second only to the Expos' decrease of 25 per cent.

Will the fans return when the Jays resume their winning ways? In "Why baseball is back" Blair shows how the fans have returrned this year to most other ballparks.

  5. In "Delgado's on his final lap" Garth Woolsey states what many Jays fans are afraid of: The big man isn't coming back.
