Between this and the loss of his father, this must be an incredibly difficult time in Mr. Cheek's life, but I know he has the strength and dignity to make it through it. The Jays start the first of a three game series tonight in San Francisco. Tonight's 10:05 PM EST matchup features the 7-2 Jason Schmidt for the 32-31 Giants vs. the 4-4 Miguel Batista for the 28-35 Blue Jays. Spencer Fordin has a lengthy game preview.
